A family of four wanted to break through the confining spaces of its hundred and twenty year old Victorian house, while getting rid of the clutter. Insulation, double glazed wood windows, and a new efficient furnace were added to provide comfort. A new bedroom was carved out of the lower level while access to it and the rear yard was improved. A second bathroom was added.
